Homemade organic hot chocolate mix made from simple kitchen ingredients, including organic A2/A2 milk powder and mineral rich sea salt.

Nothing is more enjoyable than sipping a steaming cup of hot chocolate on a cold snowy afternoon. I long for the days when I can snuggle up by the window with a good book, and watch the snow fall lazily outside the window while I sip a big mug of sweet hot chocolate topped with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
I’m not the only one around here who likes hot chocolate though, my kids probably enjoy it more than I do. Every time they play outside they end their adventures with a cup of hot cocoa with marshmallows. In our homeschool we often do “tea time” as a morning break or while I read aloud, and often times our “tea” is actually hot chocolate.
Large Batch
Our family goes through a LOT of homemade organic hot chocolate mix each year, so this recipe makes a large batch. I mix it up in the fall and it lasts us several months. I use a cracker jar or half gallon mason jar to store the mix air tight for up to six months.
